February 23, 2008.
Congratulations to Noble Racing, LLC who
kicked off their 2008 season with outstanding
performances at the annual Mark Hahn Race.
Andy Wise and Bobby Hall led the group in their
overall win. Noble Racing also placed two
additional teams: the All Women’s team took
3rd overall in the Pro-Am Open Class,
(Lezlie Weinke and Andrea Ferrell ) followed by
Tim Hamff and Tyler White in 10th, after having
some minor mechanical problems which put them back.
Noble Racing won 1st and 3rd in the Pro-Am class
and 2nd in the Pro-Am Stock Class. According to
team manager, Larry Ham, “What gave us the winning
edge was the all-out performance by the pit crew, who
were able to remove the ski's 10 ft out of the water and
refuel (15 gal) and put them back in the water and
send them on their way in 1 minute and 20 seconds.
This gave us a real edge over the competition.” The
pit crew: Larry Noble, Walt Kelly, Dave Reising, Doug White,
Roy and Ray Larson, Larry and CJ Ham
is a group to be reckoned with when it comes to fueling!!
“With the first race under our belts, we now will
make
ready for the season that begins May 3-4th in Somerville,
Texas. We hope to continue our winning ways as we
head into the 2008 season”, added Ham.
Watch for more information in the months ahead as
the 2008 race season gets underway.
